The mechanical grip the 911 RSR has is rather amazing. Add in the WEC spec rain tires Michelin brought in for the race and it’s no wonder the #911 and #24 finished on top. Glad Lucas Luhr was able to finish on the podium too.

The 911s were amazing at Watkins Glen when it was raining, they always were going back and forth with the prototypes in the wet during practice.
